You've decided that you want a hut, the first thing I ask prospective buyers is "can you get it where you want it?"
although designed to be portable, they are not the easiest things to manoeuvre especially in confined spaces. Manpower is good but you might need to borrow a tractor from a friendly farmer, to place your hut.
I recommend the hut is placed on a level surface, if on grass a suitable paving slab under each wheel levelled up will do the job. You can let the slabs in flush with ground so your mower will cut above the slabs. Don't forget slabs under the steps too.
Depending on where you want to place your hut, and what you plan to use it for, you may need planning permission. Different planning boards have different ideas about this. It may be advisable to speak to your local planning officer. The advice would be free.
